Details
High-quality reproduction of Finn Juhl’s design.
The year was 1945, and Danish architect and designer Finn Juhl would revolutionize Scandinavian design with his Model 45 Chair. Juhl was one of the first Scandinavian designers to free the seat and back from the frame, suspending them to give them the appearance of floating above the frame without touching it. Though it appears a simple design, its innovation was revolutionary for the time, and this chair continues to endure for its elegant appearance and high quality craftsmanship.
