1- DELIVERY FEES
- Free delivery*
Free delivery for purchases of $500 or more ( select promotional items excluded*) in all metropolitan regions of Montréal, Québec, Ottawa, Gatineau, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina and Winnipeg. For the region of Montreal only, deliveries take place every Friday from 9am to 1pm.
However, certain products needing a “white-glove” delivery due to their extreme fragility (such as products made of marble and glass) are not included in the free delivery offer. Please find more information under the item details window. Our customer service will contact you within two working days from the day you placed the order to give you an estimated delivery fee.

For purchases less than $500, delivery fees are applicable.
-For purchases over $500 outside the metropolitan regions of Montréal, Québec, Ottawa, Gatineau, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria & Edmonton.

2- PICKUP AT WAREHOUSE
Pickup is free. In order to use this method, please contact us after placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. This service is free. Customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. You then can pick up your parcel at 3480 A rue Griffith, porte 10 et 11. Ville Saint-Laurent. The warehouse is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Orders shipped by the carrier will be delivered on weekdays during business hours. Once an order is placed on our website, you will receive the package within five to ten working days. Once your order is ready and picked up by the carrier, we will send you a tracking number along with the carrier’s website address in order to track the location of your package.
Prunelle.ca will not give exact delivery times whatsoever; therefore it is important to be present during the day of the delivery date.
4- DELIVERY PERIOD
The delivery period is within five to ten working days. Prunelle.ca will not be responsible for a delayed delivery due to stock-outs or the carrier.
5- ADVICE FOR AN EASY DELIVERY
Be sure to have someone present at the time the package is delivered.
It is strongly recommended that you measure the height and width of corridors and all access doors of your home, including the stairs and elevator spaces, if applicable, to ensure that your delivery can be maneuvered through your home.
Prepare your home for the delivery. All furniture and objects that may disturb the efficient and safe maneuvering of the delivery, such as ceiling lights, paintings, carpets, and doormats, etc., as well as ice or snow, must be removed from all pertinent areas ahead of time. The delivery men will not unbox or assemble the items, modify or alter doors, baseboards, or mouldings; they only move the items to be delivered.
Prunelle.ca carries no responsibility whatsoever if the carrier does not comply with the delivery time window due to unpredictable circumstances.
6- DELIVERY PROCEEDINGS
Most of our products are delivered unassembled.
The delivery men are not responsible for unboxing or assembling products. They will not take your old furniture or any other debris. However, this will not apply in a “white-glove” delivery context.
The client will ensure a safe environment for the delivery men. Any object obstructing delivery will be set aside in advance. The client is responsible for measuring door frames, corridors, and staircases to ensure that products have enough space to move through.
At the time of delivery, there should be no modification to doorframes, door fittings, mouldings, or lighting in order to make way for products. If there is not enough room for products to pass, delivery fees will not be refunded and return fees could be charged.
Delivery men will not take their safety boots off. Please make arrangements for protection for your floors.
7- ORDER FOLLOW-UP
Once your order is ready and picked by the carrier, we will send you a tracking number along with the carrier’s website address in order to track the location of your package.
Upon receipt of your order, make sure all requested products have been delivered. Your invoice will be attached to one of the boxes. Make sure to check the invoice before the delivery men leave and let them know of any discrepancies.
Please write on your invoice any incident at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The carrier will not be held responsible for problems that have not being recorded on the invoice.
If you notice a defect with the product, keep all original packaging and contact us right after delivery to make sure adequate measures are taken.
