We usually charge the full price of an item plus a 10% fee to cover the costs of materials, shipping & labor. However, prices may vary.
Normal shipping times for custom orders are 10-14 weeks upon reception of order. However, delays may occur.
You can custom order items which are no longer in stock or items you would like to purchase in a different color or material. Please send us a request and we will respond as soon as we can whether or not your request has been approved.
Upon reception of your order at our warehouse in Montreal, we will contact you with the shipping costs.
