The price of a custom-made item is usually the full price plus a charge of 10% of the item's value to cover the costs of materials, delivery and labor. However, prices may vary.
Delivery times for custom-made items are normally 10-14 weeks from receipt of order. However, additional lead times are possible.
You can order items that are out of stock or items that you would like to purchase in a different color or material. Please send us a request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, whether your request has been approved or not.
As soon as we receive your merchandise at our Montreal warehouse, we'll contact you with the shipping costs.
