Showroom Sample Sale
All items purchased at the showroom sample sale are final sales. Items can only be purchased in person, by appointment. Items may or may not have discolouration, scratches or other characteristics normal for floor samples.
Product Inventory & Availabilities
All orders are processed from our warehouse, and in-stock products are usually shipped within 7 to 14 business days. Prunelle cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery date. If a supplier informs us that an item is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
The colours of the products shown on the website were reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, because colours can look different from monitor to monitor, depending on the settings, Prunelle cannot guarantee that the colours displayed are the same as those of the products. Prunelle reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to cease or modify the characteristics and prices of the products and services offered on this website.
All items sold by Prunelle are new and come with a 1-year warranty after purchase for manufacturing defects. This warranty covers residential usage in regular environmental conditions and according to use and maintenance advice. Warranty for all commercial-use products extends to 1 month after purchase.
Prices on the Prunelle website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, packaging, and shipping, if applicable. The total is to be paid in full at the moment of purchase. For any delivery outside of Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are paid by the recipient. Prunelle reserves the right to change its pricing at any time and without notice.
Orders on our website must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX. Alternatively, payments may be made by booking an appointment to visit our showroom.
Order Changes, Cancellations or Returns
You can cancel or change your order at any time before it’s been processed by contacting one of our customer service agents. It is not possible to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
For any returns, inspect the content of your order to see if there is any shipping damage upon receipt of your items. Carefully examine the package and its contents. However, if the contents are damaged, accept the package, note the damage on the delivery notice, sign and date it, and immediately contact customer service. The carrier should also sign and give you a copy for your records.

Shipping & Delivery
Being an online retailer, we hope to augment your shopping experience by delivering a seamless and convenient check out process. That’s why we offer flat-rate shipping to our customers Canada-wide. Please refer to our Shipping and Deliveries page for more information.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by an inventory shortage.
Tracking your order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
Prunelle has the right to cancel an order due to different reasons, including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of item
- Inaccurate or incomplete payment information
- Impossibility of delivery at given address
- Replication of a previous order
In the case of a cancelled delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible of the reasons for the cancellation.
