COVID-19

Due to the current pandemic, please note that we are not working at full capacity at this time. We are working diligently even with limitations imposed by COVID-19 to ensure our customers are happy and safe. Please read below for current updates and restrictions.

1. Our Showroom is open by appointment only - please call or email for an appointment. Please note that due to unforeseen mandated lockdowns, our showroom may be completely closed at any given time.
2. There will be a delay in processing of orders. Orders should be dispatched 7-14 business days after receipt.
3. Due to COVID-19, we currently offer curbside delivery only. Our carriers are not allowed to enter buildings or homes. Read more about our shipping policies here.
4. If you opt for warehouse pickup, this can only be done by appointment. Please contact us and we will coordinate with our team at the warehouse. Pick-ups are generally scheduled for the afternoons from Monday to Friday. Due to mandated lockdowns we urge all clients choosing this option to throughly check their goods before departure.
