Standard Armchair
Details
High quality reproduction inspired by Jean Prouvé’s design.
The Standard Chair was first created in 1934 by French designer Jean Prouvé, whose background in engineering influenced him to always create efficient yet elegant designs. The Standard Armchair with an upholstered seat is a variant on the classic Standard Chair with armrests for added comfort; the moulded seat and back conform comfortably to the body and give a certain warmth to the almost stark metal structure of the chair.
