Platner Stool

A high-quality reproduction inspired by Warren Platner's design.

While most modern designers reduced furniture design to its essential elements, Warren Platner aimed to make his creations both functional and ornamental, without sacrificing beauty for simplicity. To that end, Platner created a series of chairs and stools in 1966 using curved steel rods welded to circular frames, which gave his works a unique structure. The result is a versatile chair that serves as both furniture and decoration.
