2- Availability of items
All orders are processed from our warehouse, and in-stock products are usually shipped within 5 to 10 business days. PRUNELLE.CA cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery date. If a supplier informs us that an item is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
The colours of the products shown on the website were reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, because colours can look different from monitor to monitor, depending on the settings, PRUNELLE.CA cannot guarantee that the colours displayed are the same as those of the products. PRUNELLE.CA reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to cease or modify the characteristics and prices of the products and services offered on this website.
4- Order change or cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before processing by calling 514 905-9949 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. It is not possible to cancel orders once they have shipped. Please refer to the “Returns” section for return procedures and policies. Upon receipt, inspect the content of your order to see if there is any shipping damage. Carefully examine the package and its contents. It is normal to see damage on the packaging. However, if the contents are damaged, accept the package, note the damage on the delivery notice, and sign and date it. The carrier should also sign and give you a copy for your records. Immediately contact customer service at 514 905-9949 or at email@example.com.
Prices on PRUNELLE.CA websites are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, packaging, and shipping, if applicable. The total is to be paid in full at the moment of purchase. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers and in US dollars for US customers or any other country. For any delivery outside of Canada and the USA, any customs fees and local taxes are paid by the recipient. PRUNELLE.CA reserves the right to change its pricing at any time and without notice.
At the moment, delivery fees apply to orders totaling less than $250. Delivery is free for purchases of $100 or more in the Greater Montreal and Quebec City areas. However, certain products need delicate care during delivery (e.g., the Tulip Oval Saarinen Table). These are excluded from the free delivery service. Our customer service can send you an estimate. Please contact customer service for more details or to schedule a delivery in a foreign country.
7- Tracking your order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email indicating the delivery’s status, a tracking number, and a link to follow your order online. It is however possible to organise the delivery of oversized items at additional charge. Please contact customer service by phone or email to proceed.
An order may be cancelled for different reasons, including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of item
- Inaccurate or incomplete payment information
- Impossibility of delivery at given address
- Replication of a previous order
In the case of a cancelled delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible of the reasons for the cancellation.
9- Delivery and shipping procedures
Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. We ship via carrying firms or the postal service and are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or typing mistakes caused by the buyer. If no one is present to accept a delivery at the address, a delivery notice will be left with steps to recover it at the post office. The package can easily be tracked with the tracking or reference number received by email. If you want to use another carrier, please contact customer service by phone or email to proceed.
Orders on PRUNELLE.CA must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.
12- Delivery delays
Orders of in-stock items in our warehouse will be processed within 48 hours, to which about 24 hours should be added for shipping. PRUNELLE.CA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by an inventory shortage.
13- Return of items
You can return items purchased on PRUNELLE.CA within 7 days following their reception in their original packaging. To return an item, please call our customer service at 514 905-9949 to receive a return number. PRUNELLE.CA may refuse any return if you do not have a return number. The invoice must be included with the returned product. The return address will be given to you by phone. You must pay the delivery fees and assume the risks for returned products, unless PRUNELLE.CA has shipped you a wrong item or if it was damaged or defective. In that case, PRUNELLE.CA will cover the delivery fees, if the products are returned with a carrier that covers loss or damage. Upon receipt of the returned products and after review, any amount taken from your credit card for PRUNELLE.CA will be credited, minus the transportation fees. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable. Clients are responsible for all shipping & handling, to and from their location for all orders that are returned due to no fault of us, the vendor. The returned products must be in the same condition as first delivery.

All items sold by PRUNELLE.CA are new and come with a 1-year warranty after purchase for manufacturing defects. This warranty covers residential usage in regular environmental conditions and according to use and maintenance advice. Warranty for all commercial-use products extends to 1 month after purchase.
